Servicing

Heating and Air Conditioning equipment, no matter what kind you have, should be inspected, cleaned, and serviced at least once a year.  However, if  you use your system only in winter to heat your home, or in summer to cool your home down, then a service every two years should be fine.

We recommend that between services you clean your heat pump filters to ensure they aren’t clogged.We advise customers to either clean with a soft brush or to wash filters in warm soapy water and then dry.  Good practice is to do this every few months.
